Well, as promised, some of these weekly short stories will be re-releases. This little piece of Southern fiction was originally published in the literary magazine of West Virginia State University*, The Kanawha Review.
Despite reader requests that a better writer might have honored, I have never again written about Old Duck, but I hope you enjoy this brief peek at one of my favorite characters in “To Every Thing.”
